If the Sun is strong and in the 4th house, or if it is the lord of the 4th house, you may start a job or business at 22 years of age. You may also get the comfort of a house and a vehicle. However, if the Sun is weak and in the 4th house, it may harm your job, business, house, and vehicle comforts. Your mother may also suffer.

If the Moon is strong and in the 7th house, or if it is the lord of the 7th house, your marriage may happen in your 24th year.

If Saturn is in the 4th house or is its lord, you may acquire land or property after your 36th year.

If Rahu is in the 9th house, your luck may rise after your 42nd year.

Special Note:
- Planets in their exalted (strongest) signs give good results.

Effect of Planets and Houses on Age

In the annual chart (Varshphal), if a planet is in a debilitated (weak) position, its bad effect will be considered from that month after your birthday.
