When will you build your own house?
Saturn is associated with houses. It is Saturn that helps build houses and also causes them to fall. When Saturn is in an exalted (strong) position, many houses will be built. But when Saturn is debilitated (weak) or becomes weak due to its alignment with another planet, houses may collapse, and earthquakes can occur.
Saturn in the 1st House:
- If you build a house, you may become poor (everything might be ruined). However, if Saturn is auspicious (meaning the 7th and 10th houses are empty), then it might be fine.
Saturn in the 2nd House:
- Let the house be built whenever and however it happens. It will turn out well.
Saturn in the 3rd House:
- If you keep three dogs in your house, a house may be built. Otherwise, the dog of poverty will keep barking.
Saturn in the 4th House:
- Houses built by you are not good for your maternal grandparents' family or your in-laws. As soon as you dig the foundation of the house, problems may start in your maternal grandparents' family or your in-laws' family. Both may head towards ruin. Therefore, if Saturn is in the 4th house, you should not build your own house.
Saturn in the 5th House:
- Houses built by you may harm your children. However, houses built by your children will be auspicious for you. If you must build a house, do so after the age of 48. Before building, bring a buffalo into your house, worship it, feed it, and then donate it before proceeding with construction.
Saturn in the 6th House:
- It would be appropriate to build a house only after the age of 36, or even 39, during Saturn's period. If you build it earlier, you may ruin your daughter's relatives.
Saturn in the 7th House:
- You may acquire many ready-made houses, which will be auspicious. If you preserve the threshold of an old house, then an equal number of houses may be built.
Saturn in the 8th House:
- As soon as you start building a house, death may hover over you. Here, the effect of Saturn will depend on the positions of Rahu and Ketu.
Saturn in the 9th House:
- If your wife or mother is pregnant and you start building a house (with your own earnings), it may have a bad effect on your father. When you have built three houses, your father's death is certain.
Saturn in the 10th House:
- Until a house is built or bought, wealth comes in abundance. But once it's built, you may become poor, especially if Saturn is weak for some reason, otherwise the house may remain incomplete. If you must build, complete it between the ages of 36 and 48.
Saturn in the 11th House:
- A house will usually be built only after the age of 55. Be careful, if you reside in a house with a south-facing entrance, you may suffer from a long illness and die a slow, decaying death. If you want to build earlier, do so before the age of 36.
Saturn in the 12th House:
- Saturn is like a snake and the Sun is like a monkey; they never build their own house or burrow. However, now they will learn to build houses, meaning houses will be built automatically, without your desire, and will be auspicious for you. This is true even if the Sun is with Saturn. You should not stop the construction of a house; let it be built as it is. A square house with each corner at 90 degrees is considered excellent.
