If the lords of the 1st, 2nd, and 12th houses are with Venus in a Trik (6th, 8th, or 12th) house, or if the Moon is in the 2nd house with malefic planets, then you might have a defect in one eye.

If the Sun and Venus are with the lord of the 1st house in a Trik (6th, 8th, or 12th) house, then you might also have an eye defect. This can also happen when such a planetary position occurs during transit.
