Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for subscriptions and purchases made on MyLalKitab.com.

1) General

• Digital services become available immediately after purchase. We provide a fair-use refund window as defined below.
• All amounts are in INR unless stated otherwise. Taxes are additional where applicable.

2) Subscription Refunds

• First-time purchase: Full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not generated or viewed any paid Kundali after the purchase. Contact support to request.
• Renewals/Upgrades: Non-refundable once active. You may cancel auto-renewal for the next cycle.
• Partial/Pro-rata: Not offered unless required by law.

3) Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges

• If you are charged twice or billed incorrectly, contact us within 14 days. Verified duplicates are fully refunded.
• Chargebacks without contacting us may delay resolution.

4) Cancellations

• You can cancel renewal anytime from your account or by contacting support. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Your kundali data is retained; access resumes on re-subscription per current plan rules.

5) Courses & School

• Course fees are refundable before the first live class or content unlock. After access begins, fees are non-refundable.
• If we cancel a batch or class, you may choose a full refund or a seat in the next batch.

6) How to Request a Refund

Email support@mylalkitab.com or WhatsApp +91 99990 23230 with:

• Registered email and mobile number
• Payment date and amount (attach receipt/screenshot)
• Reason for refund

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (bank timelines may vary).

7) Exceptions

• Misuse, policy violations, or abusive behavior void eligibility.
• Payments made to third-party mentors or affiliates follow their policies.
